Sports Clinic now offers personal training services with Paul Todd, Jane Williams and Sophie Norman from Advanced Fitness Christchurch & Angela Oliver from Coach Ange.

  • Bookings can be made directly at Sports Clinic or via the trainer themselves
  • Paul and Jane can see clients outside of the above Sports Clinic gym times available at Worcester Health Club, Worcester Boulevard Christchurch CBD, and use multiple locations around Christchurch city for our outdoor group programs.

I’m a fan of all things functional and fun, with a variety of tools in my belt: Mat Pilates, Functional Patterns, breathwork, and somatic regulation. I believe in a holistic approach — taking into account sleep hygiene and key life stressors, as well as the importance of connection with nature and significant others.

Group Strength Class for Runners

Ready to elevate your running game? Join our RunStrong program, designed for intermediate runners eager to level up their experience and feel strong and confident to hit these summer holidays running!

What's RunStrong?

RunStrong is a dynamic group strength training class for runners. Meticulously crafted by our in-house coach, Ange Oliver, in collaboration with elite marathon runner and clinic physio Caden Shields. Whether you've only been tying up your laces for 6 months, or you've been pounding the pavements and trails for 6 years, this class is for you.

Program Highlights:

  • 10 weeks of 60-minute sessions (aligned with school terms).
  • Tailored to improve running resilience & injury prevention.
  • Wednesdays (mixed) & Thursdays (wahine only) 6:00am
  • Limited class size to ensure HIGH quality
    Includes accessory programming
  • $200 per term (depending on term length)
