Our Approach to Concussion Recovery

The traditional advice for concussions was complete rest, but we now know this can actually slow recovery. While some rest is still important, a more proactive approach to treatment is far more beneficial.

At Sports Clinic, we embrace this "Active Recovery" philosophy. This means a personalised plan that often includes physical activity, physiotherapy, and other treatments tailored to your specific symptoms and needs. International research, alongside data from our own clinics, consistently shows this approach leads to a faster, more reliable recovery.

Our goal is to get you safely back to activity as quickly as possible, accelerating your return to daily life and sport
