By entering into this competition (the Promotion), you agree to all of these terms and conditions.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter the competition:
- Like our Facebook page (www.facebook.com/sportsclinicchristchurch)
- Tag your friends in the comment (1 comment = 1 entry so the more tags the better!)
- For a double entry, follow our Instagram account as well (https://www.instagram.com/sportsclinic_canterbury/)
ENTRY PERIOD
Entry opens on Thursday 1st Sept 2023 at & closes on Friday 22nd Sept 2023 11:59pm NZST
The winner will be notified within 4 days after the competition has closed.
WINNER SELECTION
The winner will be drawn at random by Sports Clinic.
There will be one draw which will generate one Prize Winner.
The prize draw will take place on Friday at Sports Clinic Head Office with the winner being contacted the following working day
The Prize Winner will be notified by a reply to their entry comment and/or private message to the winner on Facebook after the selection date and the result will be published on the Sports Clinic Facebook page thereafter or we will inform the winner privately.
Every effort will be made to contact the prize winner, should an unclaimed prize selection be necessary, the re-draw will be held on 3 days later at Sports Clinic, repeating this process until a winner claims their prize. The Prize Winner of any unclaimed prize draw will be notified by Facebook direct message after the re-draw date and the result may be published on the Sports Clinic Facebook page on the original post.
A valid form of I.D must be supplied to claim the prize.
Directors, management and employees (and the immediate families of directors, management and employees) of the Promoter or the agencies or companies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
PRIZE DETAILS :
The prize includes: 1x free pilates class with Fiona Dowling for you and a friend
The winner must take the prize as offered. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable.
The Prize Winner consents to the use of their name and profile picture for promotional and marketing purposes.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
inaccurate/incorrect transcription of entry information;
purported entries that are not received for any reason, including because they are lost, misdirected or stolen, or that are received, but are late, illegible, incomplete, sent with insufficient postage (where entry is by post), or sent other than as directed in the entry instructions;
any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or network, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software;
the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website;
unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition;
electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition;
any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a Prize Winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying a winner; or
any injury or damage to persons or property, including to the participant’s or any other person’s computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this competition.
The Promoter, Sports Clinic, will not be liable for personal injury suffered during prize winnings.
This condition does not affect, and is not intended to affect, any rights a consumer might have, which cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of the Promoter or its servant or agents for breach of any such rights is limited to the payment of the cost of having the prize supplied again.
The Promoter is Sports Clinic. The personal information of entrants will be collected to enable the Promoter to administer and promote this competition. The Prize Winner may be used to market the Promoter’s services.
This competition is not endorsed by Facebook or Instagram.
The winner agrees to the use of their name in any publicity material.
Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current NZ data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party for any reason.
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with Facebook, Instagram or any other social network. Entry into this competition will be deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
