Grab your gear: Bring or wear your sports clothing and footwear so we can assess you and your gear during your appointment.
Arrive 15 minutes early: Arrive at your appointment and we will get to work on your injury. Remember to allow time to find a car park. If you are a new patient come ten minutes early to complete some paperwork.
